Thank you for shopping with Virtue & Charm! We are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. Please review our refund policy carefully before initiating a return.
Initiating a Return
- To start a return, please email us at Monae@virtueandcharm.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
- We will send you an email with a prepaid return label. Please note: Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Return
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn and with tags attached.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund.
- If the packaging is too damaged, we recommend using a free paper envelope from the post office. Note: Shipping the item back in a box is not permitted. If you send the item back in a box, the return label cost will be deducted from your refund.
Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the correct item.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
